Use something to make a mark on the outside of the plastic. As you can see my switch is 9mm wide, taking into account the width of the plastic on the inside, I drilled a 5mm hole 8mm inwards. Once measured, take out the motherboard from the plastic casing, and put the two halves back together and tighten the screws. We will now proceed to drill a hole 8mm inwards and exactly centre between the two splits where the two halves meet. Now undo the two halves again, and place the motherboard back into the casing, and then test fit your switch into the hole we just created.
